I often need to send links and password to people from my mobile phone. The link has a copy button which is great. The password doesn't and I'm not able to select it either. On my phone I have to email the link and password to myself and copy the password from there which is time consuming.1 vote
This has been completed. You will now have the ability to copy the password as well as the link.
You can now make changes, add or remove watermarks right from your dashboard without having to re-upload your images. Simply go to the collection, select one or more images you’d like to make this change to, and click on the “Watermark” option under the “More” drop down menu.

I would like the option to make 'dark' and 'horizontal' the DEFAULT design options in my galleries, please!1 vote
You can do this by creating a Collection Default!
Similar to individual downloads of images. I have publications who want 15 images but must download the entire album. Would be great if they can favorite the images they want and on the download page select them. Thanks!3 votes
If you have “gallery download” turned on, they will be able to download the favorites all in one go! More info: http://support.pixieset.com/knowledgebase/articles/584790-how-does-my-client-share-or-download-his-her-favor
While having the "note" availability is a nice idea it gets very out of hand very quickly when clients start suggesting other edits. It would be nice to be able to turn it off to avoid a mess.16 votes
The new “Add Notes” feature can be turned on/off per collection under the Favorite Settings page in the dashboard.
This new favorite list is a huge pain for us when organizing our galleries. Now instead of one click, it's two clicks for us when we're choosing favorites for the highlights gallery. Can we have an option to turn that off when we're in owner mode, please??11 votes
Update: We have re-introduced the One-Click Favorite experience for choosing favorites. This is automatically enabled if the user only has one favorite list.
I want to offer fine art prints as a service to my clients, since there are very few options for consumers. I offer ProDPI Deep Matte prints right now but richard photo lab prints or simply color lab prints would be a great option also!3 votes
You can now offer Deep Matte prints from both WHCC and ProDPI. Simply add them to your spreadsheet by clicking on + Add Products > Prints > Deep Matte.
Seeing which resolution was downloaded by the client would be great in managing digital client downloads.1 vote
You can now see the resolution downloaded by the client, this information can be found under Download Activities tab.
I allow my clients to select a number of images (150) for a photo book. It would be great if they're were some sort of number box indicating the amount of images the client has favourited. Or perhaps the ability to set a limit on favourite images?1 vote
You can limit the number of photos client can select for a Favorite list by setting a “Max Selection” number under a Preset list. Here is more information: http://support.pixieset.com/knowledgebase/articles/919506-how-do-i-limit-the-number-of-photos-my-client-can
It would be nice to have the possibility to download individual photos in original (full) res.50 votes
The original size option is now available for Single Photo Download as well. You can select this option on the download settings page. See full download update: http://pixieset.tumblr.com/post/149039287485/digital-download-with-more-flexibility
Would love to see a better way of seeing the favorites of clients. I would rather see a list of all the clients lists on a particular event... instead or as well as the notifications "bell". That is too difficult to try to toggle back and forth trying to find the client I'm looking for!3 votes
You can already do this under the Favorites Activities tab. The Favorites lists created for this collection will be organized by the client’s email on this page.
Allow clients to comment on a photo,
i.e. can you retouch this one?
can you make uncle jimmy less "drunk" looking?83 votes
Your clients can now add notes to photos in their favorites. You can view the notes under Favorite Activities in your dashboard, and export it along with filenames etc.

Within a collection, I have sets that include the originals, retouched photos, etc. It would be great if I could enable individual download for only my retouched sets so that clients can download their retouched photos to their phones or tablets without me worrying about them downloading the originals.
This feature is available under the collection download setting, would be great if it was also available under individual file downloads.16 votes
The Set Download on/off setting now applies to Single Photo Download as well. You can customize this under Download Settings > Advanced Options.
It's great that I can be notified by email when a client has made a favorites list. I let the clients use it to pick their album favorites. But I never know when they're done, so I always have to tell them to let me know. The client then has to leave Pixieset and send me a seperate email.
It would be a much better user experience when the client can approve the list directly in Pixieset, after I receive an email notification.3 votes
We have clients that need to choose x number of images out of the set of y images. It would be ideal to send them the gallery, have them favorite x images and be able to create a new project with just those favorited images. Make our life much easier.1 vote
There are couple of ways to offer limited # of free digital download, here are some more information on that! http://support.pixieset.com/knowledgebase/articles/588972-how-do-i-offer-some-digital-downloads-for-free

This option is now available under Private Photo Activity tab.
Facebook let you upload the highest photo width at 2048px wide, and it looks great as long as you make sure to select the High-Quality option when you upload it.
Can you guys at pixieset make 2048px width as the low res option? so many times my brides will post to Facebook the 1200px wide photo and it doesn't look good because Facebook compresses it...284 votes
Web Size – 2048px is now of one of the options for digital download.
You can customize the download sizes under Download > Settings tab.

I think it would be great to have more communication with my clients. Maybe a a button that allows them to finalize their favorites that notify me so i'm not constantly checking in to see if they are done choosing. I also think it would be great to have a chat box between just the photographer and client in each collection or job.12 votes
Coming from a different hosting site, I have previously used multiple watermarks. One "PROOF" watermark for preproofing and then my personal watermark for final images. Also, I was able to turn it off and on and make changes to it without re-uploading my images every single time.
I have loved everything about pixieset so far, but this one is becoming a sore spot for me. I have limited data on my internet at home so re-uploading images if the watermark is not set correctly right out of the gate is very problemsome.67 votes
You can now add multiple watermarks to your account and apply them to different collections/images.
You can also changes or remove watermarks right from your dashboard without having to re-upload your images. Simply go to the collection, select the photos, click on More > Watermark.
