My upgrade/subscription payment is declined

If you are seeing a "Card Declined" message, it usually means the charge has been declined by your bank. Banks have an automated system that determines whether or not to accept a charge, it depends on various factors such as your spending habits, nature of charge etc.

If all the information you have provided is correct, but your card is still being declined, please contact your bank to let them know about the subscription charge you are placing with Pixieset. It might also be helpful to let your bank know whether you are on a monthly or annual subscription.
