My Client forgot to enter their Coupon Code.

If your client has forgotten to enter their Coupon code at checkout, you can easily process a partial refund for the amount of the discount. To do this, simply login into your Payment Gateways dashboard (Stripe, or PayPal) and process a refund from there.

How do I access my Payment Gateways dashboard?

To access your Payment Gateways dashboard, go to Store > Checkout > Select your Payment Gateway > Go to Dashboard. This will automatically redirect you to the dashboard.
