Why am I seeing the Custom Domain error page?

If you have set up the custom domain correctly with your DNS host, and are still having trouble getting your custom domain to work, you might need to reset the entry.

To reset your custom domain entry, go to Options > Custom Domain:
  1. Remove the custom domain field, click on Save.
  2. Enter your custom domain again, click on Save.
The correct format for your custom domain entry should look like:
Correct: gallery.yourdomain.com
Incorrect: https://gallery.yourdomain.com/
Incorrect: yourdomain
